One licence runs one shop, and the whole counter is in every plan — billing, batch stock,
purchases, GST and the day-book. What the plans change is how much thinking the software
does for you, and how many branches it holds together.
Fourteen modules. Four prices. Nothing sold by the module.
There is no per-module price list, because modules are not sold one at a time — the
counter is one write path and it ships whole. This is the honest version of the
question: which plan does each module arrive in, and what does that plan cost.

The head-office console is not an add-on
The moment an Elite licence covers a second pharmacy, Nucleus is switched on and a
separate head-office login is created for you. The counter login keeps working exactly
as it did the day before.
A licence covers one shop
Three branches on Elite is three licences at ₹699 a month each. The head office that
holds them together is included rather than billed a fourth time.
Anything marked "roadmap" is not shipped
SMS notifications, cloud backup, OCR invoice import and distributor integration are
planned. They are flagged on the plan cards rather than sold as though they were
finished.
Add-ons
Three things worth buying once you are running.
None of them is a module withheld from a plan. Each attaches to any plan, including
Core, and each is priced on its own because one is a piece of work and two are
running services.
One-time
Database migration
Your products, batches, suppliers, customers and outstanding balances brought
across from whatever you run today — Marg, Tally, a spreadsheet, or a system
somebody built for the shop years ago.
Batch and expiry carried over, not flattened into one stock figure
Reconciled against your own closing totals before you bill on it
Run on a copy first, so the counter never stops
On request
Scoped on the size and state of the data.
Per store · monthly
WhatsApp invoice
The bill reaches the customer's phone as it prints — the same GST invoice, the
same number, on the app they already read. The paper copy stops being the only
copy anyone keeps.
Sent on the same commit as the sale, not batched overnight
Refill and expiry reminders on the number that bought the strip
Goes out under your shop's own name
On request
Message charges are set by the operator and billed at cost.
Per store · monthly
AI assistance
Ask the shop a question in plain words — what is not moving, what expires this
quarter, which supplier has quietly become the dearest — and get the answer off
your own data instead of a report you have to build first.
Answers from your own ledger, with the rows it used
Purchase suggestions from what actually sold, not a flat reorder level
Reads the data; it does not write bills or move stock
BIXClinic is a separate licence, billed per clinic rather than per pharmacy. It runs
a clinic that has no pharmacy at all. Where there is one, the signed prescription
lands at your counter as a ready-to-bill order — but neither licence needs the other
to be worth buying.
Run both? The clinic and the counter bill on one invoice, and the prescription crosses
between them without being typed twice.
Ask what the pair costs.
Price it against your own counter.
Twenty minutes, your catalogue, your GST rates — and a straight answer on which plan
your shop actually needs. Usually a smaller one than you expect.
